Fracwave

Building the Infrastructure for the Next Generation of Ownership.

Fracwave is a Nigerian‑founded platform that makes high‑yield, real‑world assets—like real estate and private credit—accessible to everyday investors and institutions through fractional ownership and tokenization. By combining blockchain transparency, KYC/AML‑driven compliance, and integrated markets, Fracwave helps asset owners raise capital at developer‑friendly terms while giving investors flexible entry and exit options.

Our Mission

To democratize access to real‑world assets so anyone can participate in wealth‑building opportunities, not just a privileged few.

What We Do

  • Tokenize income‑generating assets into digital fractions recorded on public blockchain rails.
  • Provide integrated primary and secondary markets so investors can subscribe and trade based on their liquidity needs.
  • Power models like OwnMore, RentLess, where tenants gradually build ownership while paying rent.

The Problem

A lot of value is trapped in assets most people can never touch. High minimum ticket sizes, complex legal structures, and fragmented markets keep most investors locked out of high‑value assets—from real estate and private credit to infrastructure, commodities, and intellectual property. Limited liquidity and slow, paper‑based processes make it hard for asset owners to raise flexible capital, while traditional investment products offer few ways for everyday people to participate through fractional, transparent, and programmable ownership.

Our Insight

People do not need to own 100% of an asset to benefit from it. By fractionalizing assets and recording them on‑chain, Fracwave enables multiple investors to collectively fund projects with lower individual tickets, while asset owners gain flexible liquidity without taking on full debt obligations.

Our Journey

April 2025 – Incorporation
Fracwave Ltd is incorporated in Nigeria and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as the company behind the platform.
Late 2025 – MVP & First Asset

Late 2025 – Banking Partnership & Secondary Market
Polaris Bank is integrated to power collections and payouts, and the trading platform reaches MVP, allowing secondary‑market transactions based on market‑driven variables.
